Service Description
Harmonic Breathing is a beautiful, gentle, restorative practice which has been shown to reduce the age of the heart by 10 years if practiced daily for six months! More powerful than meditation it brings coherence to the brain, heart and gut. Sophie offers guidance throughout the session with the aim of providing a really safe, nurturing space. The breathe itself will last approximately 20 minutes with integration time afterwards and an opportunity to ask questions or share experiences. Instructions Please make sure you are somewhere private and undisturbed. You can practice either seated or lying down. You may want a blanket, headphones, eye mask, water, journal and pen. If you have a medical condition and are under the regular care of a doctor then do seek advice before attending a Breathwork class. Harmonic Breathing is done entirely through the nose and is suitable for most. Sessions start promptly and there will be no admittance once we start the breathe, so please be punctual.
